 What are the fees for your services?

Simply call us for an estimate - free quote right over the phone. We'll be glad to give you at least a ball-park figure on what it should take to do the job.

Is there a minimum charge for your services?

One hour. We do a lot in an hour!

Since many of the jobs that we specialize in can be completed in a short period of time, We suggest that you schedule an initial one hour appointment. While Top Notch Handyman Service is there we can discuss with you the estimated cost, based on time and materials, for larger projects and even complete an item or two within that first hour.

Do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee the quality and workmanship of our labor for ninety (90) days from the invoice date. The guarantee is for identical repairs performed due to any defects in workmanship.

How are the materials acquired for my project?

You have several options for acquiring the materials for your project. 

• You can purchase the materials yourself and have the materials available at your job site. 
• You can purchase the materials yourself and we will pick up and deliver the materials for you. If you choose this option, you will be charged our normal hourly rate for the time it takes to pick the materials up and deliver them to your job site.
• You can pay "Top Notch Handyman service" in advance for the materials. We will then purchase the materials on your behalf and deliver them to your job site. If you choose this option, you will be charged our normal hourly rate for the time it takes to purchase, pick up and deliver the materials to your job site.

Will you remove the waste materials at the end of the project?

We charge to load the waste materials, for the travel time to and from dump site, the wait time to dump waste materials, plus the actual fee for dumping the waste materials.

Will you remove and dispose of the trash, junk, and waste materials that we already have?

We charge a little extra to load the trash, junk, and waste materials, for the travel time to and from dump site, the wait time to dump trash, plus the actual fee for dumping.
